14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with the applicable laws of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, and request a refund.

The returned bracelet must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in perfect, undamaged condition.

  • It must not have been worn or used.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.

⚠️ Used, worn, damaged, or incomplete bracelets cannot be returned, even within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

“Satisfaction or Your Money Back” Guarantee – 60 Days

In addition to the legal withdrawal right, HARMIA® offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date the product is received.

🔹 This guarantee applies only to orders paid by credit/debit card.
🔹 The 60-day guarantee does not apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Guarantee conditions:

  • The bracelet must be in perfect, undamaged, and unworn condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The refund applies to one product per order.

If these conditions are met, the purchase amount will be fully refunded.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (cash payment) under the 60-day guarantee

  • Used, worn, or damaged bracelets

  • Products returned incomplete or without the original packaging

  • Promotional or free gift items


Defective Product or Order Error

Please check the product immediately upon receiving your package.

If the bracelet is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.


Refund Process and Processing Time

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval of your refund.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 business days, using the original payment method.
